The Holiday Setup feature allows users to customize and manage holiday schedules. This enhancement simplifies the process of adding both custom and federal holidays to the holiday schedule for the upcoming years, enabling users to efficiently plan around these dates.
Use Case: The feature enhances user control over email communications directly from the pipeline’s notification settings.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Settings Module.
- Then, within Engagement, select Holiday Setup.
- Within Holiday Setup 2024, select the current year and set up a Holiday schedule.
- Add a custom holiday by selecting Date and Holiday name.
- Then, click on Save.
- The Custom Holiday date will then be added.
- Next, from the Action button you can either edit or delete the custom holidays created.
- To select by default federal holidays, click on the Edit option.
- A short window will appear from the right showing all the Federal holidays for the year.
- Select the holidays you want to add as custom holidays.
- Then click on save.
- After clicking Save, the federal holidays setup will be added.
If you want to skip Holidays in Automations, Click on Enable or Disable:
- A success notification will appear as such displaying:Skip holidays enabled successfully.
