A new CSR option has been added to the Group By feature within the Opportunities module for Renewals, X-Dates, Cross-Sell, and Monoline across all AMSs.
Use Case: Simplifies opportunity management by enabling grouping with the new CSR option across all AMSs.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to Opportunities Module.
- For Renewals, X-Dates, Cross Sell & Monoline
- Under the group by feature, select CSR.
- Now click on the count displaying.
- Access an extended view of Renewals, X-Dates, Cross-Sell, and Monoline opportunities.
- Utilize options to Download, Save to Reports, or Save as List for simplified management.
CSR List Filter:
A dedicated CSR filter has been added to the Opportunities Module, allowing you to filter data by CSR. Use this Filter to retrieve a list of data associated with a specific CSR.
Opportunities Module>Filters>CSR List.
- Select the CSR.
- Click Apply.
