This will allow an agent to quickly navigate to any client’s 360 Overview, or to their policy overview. When searching by name, in the event of multiple clients sharing a name, results are displayed with the client’s name and corresponding city, such as “John Test, Denver.” When searching by policy number, the name of the client and Policy number are displayed, such as “John Test, 1010101.” This eliminates the need to navigate to the Client or Policy tab before searching for a client or policy.
