A new feature called ‘Form Wizard’ has been introduced, allowing users to create forms page by page. This feature is particularly beneficial when dealing with lengthy forms.
Use Case: The ‘Form Wizard’ enhances form creation by simplifying lengthy forms, enabling users to create them page by page for a smoother user experience.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Forms module.
- Then, select ‘Create New Form.
- Click on the ‘Wizard form’ to create a form page-wise.
- Click on ‘Page 1.’
- Add the necessary text field contents for Page 1.
- Click ‘Save.’
- Click on ‘Page 2.’
- Add the required text field contents for Page 2
- Click ‘Save.’
- Enter the form name.
- Click ‘Save.’
- Upon completion, a success notification confirming the form update will be displayed.
- Depending on the selected pages, the forms will be created accordingly.
Note: Ensure all mandatory fields are filled in on each page to proceed to the next page.
