Now you can set filters to segregate the clients or prospects to whom you want to send the communication. These filters will help you to set the workflow for your targeted customers.

The process to apply filters while setting workflow automation:

  • Navigate to Engagement
  • Click on analytics in Automation
  • Click on create workflow
  • Select the workflow that you want to create and click on get started
  • Set the workflow name, mode, trigger conditions.
  • Once done, click on the filter icon provided beside select contact type.
