The eSignature Sync function allows the seamless transfer of eSignature documents between InsuredMine and Applied Epic. You have the flexibility to choose between automatic or manual synchronization according to your preference. Opting for automatic sync ensures that your eSign documents from IM are effortlessly transferred to Epic without requiring any manual intervention.
Use Case: Esign Sync makes it easy to move your eSignature documents between InsuredMine and Applied Epic, allowing customers to enjoy the efficiency of a paperless filing process from start to finish.Â
To View the Enhancement:
In the configuration settings, the initial step is to select whether you want eSign to sync from InsuredMine to Applied Epic automatically or manually.
- If you’ve opted for automatic sync, the process will occur seamlessly without manual intervention.
For manual settings:

- Navigate to the eSignature module.
- Choose any eSign document from the list.
- Click on the Sync button located on the right.
- Upon syncing, the eSign document can be accessed from the Applied Epic ‘Activities’ section within the account, categorized under “open” or “closed” status.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the file link of the eSign document.
- Copy and paste the link into a new browser tab to view the eSign document.
