Previously, eSign reminders weren’t reflected in the timeline updates, whether you were sending a global reminder or manually triggering them. However, with the recent update, any reminders you send will now be accurately logged in the timeline, enabling us to monitor when they were sent.
Use Case: Track eSign reminders accurately in timeline updates for efficient monitoring and organization.
To View the Enhancement:
- Select a document and then click on the action button.
- From the drop-down, click Send Reminder.
- Suppose, you are sending an e-sign reminder via email or SMS.
- You can also monitor the date and time at which you have sent the e-sign reminder.
