A regular and constant follow up is required to push leads in pipelines for closing deals faster. To help maintain consistency on tasks and pipeline cards, Insuredmine has added this feature to send automated email alert notifications, to remind the team members for tasks and cards due on their list. This email is triggered everyday (based on the current date criteria) at 6:00 am EST.
The Manager with Admin rights can control the trigger for Task due and Card due notification.
To enable or disable notification for Task due and card due, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Make sure you are logged in as Manager(Admin)
- Navigate to Pipelines
- Click on the gear icon and select Settings.
- Select Notification Subscription on the left panel in the Settings screen.
5. From the right side, scroll down to Task due and Card due notification segment and click the respective toggle to enable/disable the notifications.
The notification appears as follows:
- Pipeline Card Due
- Task Due
