With our new enhancement, you will be allowed to merge duplicate deal cards by Account or Contact. If you encounter multiple deal cards with the same title, you can now consolidate them into a single master pipeline card for a cleaner, more organized view.
Use Case: Ability to consolidate duplicate deal cards by Account or Contact for a better and organized pipeline view and enhanced clarity.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipelines module.
- Then, click on the three dots from the top right corner.
- From the drop-down, select Merge Pipeline Cards.
- To simplify your workflow, we’ve added a default pipeline search feature. Now, you can easily select your pipelines and merge duplicate deal cards based on accounts and contacts. Premiums, revenue, and quotes are seamlessly merged once the duplicate deal titles are combined.
Merge By Contact:
- Select the deal cards within the contact that have similar deal titles.
- Then, click on Merge Pipelines Cards.
- A pop-up notification will then appear saying:Â Are you sure, you want to merge selected deals.
- Click on Yes, merge them!
- A success notification will then appear saying: Success Pipeline cards merged successfully.
Merge by Account:
- Select the deal cards within the account that have similar deal titles.
- Then, click on Merge Pipelines Cards.
- A pop-up notification will then appear saying: Are you sure, you want to merge selected deals.
- Click on Yes, merge them!
Note 1:Â When two deal cards are merged, one is selected as the master card while the other becomes a non-primary card, which will be listed in the archived list as shown in the image below
Note 2: Premium, revenue, and quotes – these data points get merged seamlessly once the duplicate deal titles gets merged.
