With our latest enhancement, you can now send the created list to multiple recipients directly from the List Library. Simply select the agent’s email ID or add additional recipients if any, and then the list will be emailed directly to them for download.
Use Case: Users can now easily share created lists for download with one or multiple recipients directly from the List Library, ensuring faster sharing and efficient data distribution.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Engagement Module > Lists.
- Within the Create List page, click on List Library.
- Next, from the List Library, choose a list and click on (…) Action.
- Then, from the drop-down menu click on ‘Download List.’
Download the List:
- From your logged-in agent ID, select a recipient (Agent Email ID) or multiple recipients from the dropdown menu.
- If needed, you can add an additional recipient (Email ID) and press Enter after typing the email address.
- Click Download.
