Update – View and Download email campaign analytics information for any stage in the campaign into excel
Use case – Efficient method to view and share details of campaign analytics.
Process:
- Navigate to Engagement and click on Analytics
- Select the campaign and click on the Download button at the top right corner
- The excel file will be downloaded into your computer.
Note – The excel will display the following information:
- Time Stamp
- Open Count
- Open Time
- Bounce Time
- Bounce Type
- Clicked Time
- Clicked Count
- Clicked URL
- Unsubscribed Time
- Unsubscribed URL
- Complaint Time
