In this article, you will learn:
The Popup/Desktop Notification will notify when Round Robin is created or when there is an incoming text message.
The agent has to grant permission for receiving Web Push Notifications from the InsuredMine portal.
The process to grant permission for Web Push Notification: Navigate to the lock sign 
on the extreme left side of the address bar in chrome
- Navigate to notifications
- Click on the drop-down icon in the box (on the right side)
- Select Allow
If any card is created from Round Robin for any agent, the agent will get a popup notification saying:
New card created in Round Robin
Title:Â (whatever the card title will be provided, it will be displayed)
After you get the popup, if you click on Open Portal mentioned in that popup, it will navigate you to the particular page if the portal is already open.
If an agent receives an incoming text from a client, admin, manager, or agent they will then receive a popup saying:
You have received one SMS
Note: Unless the agent grants permission for receiving notifications, they will not get it. Web push notifications will work for Text Messaging and Pipeline Manager modules.
Desktop Notification for new email in your work email.
When an agent sends an email from a work email/deal card to any client and when the client opens the email, the agent gets the notification of ‘Email open’.Â
Note:Â Unless the agent grants permission for receiving notifications, they will not get it.
