- Navigate to Active Policies
- Click on a policy that you want to delete/cancel
- A notification for canceling the policy will appear in a pop-up box.
- A notification for canceling the policy will appear in a pop-up box.
- In Policy status canceled will be also displayed.
- You can also activate the policy by clicking on activate policy button.
You can also cancel a policy from the accounts section. Click on the account and click on the policy that you want to cancel, it will navigate you to the policy page, rest process is the same as mentioned above.
