With our latest enhancement, admins now have the ability to easily delete NPS responses as per requirements.
Use Case: Ability to delete NPS responses, simplifying data management for accurate insights and reporting.
To View the Enhancement:
- Click on the NPS tab.
- Navigate to the specific NPS feedback for the contact.
- Locate the delete option in the corner to delete the NPS feedback.
- A pop up will appear saying: Are you sure to Delete this NPS Review?
- NPS review deleted succesfully.
Delete NPS from Contacts:
- Navigate to the Contact 360 page for the specific contact.
- Click on the Communications tab.
- Select NPS.
- Choose the NPS feedback you want to delete and click on the Delete option.
- NPS added within the contact will then be removed completely.
