Default Template Setting for NPS for ‘Get NPS’ Feature

With our latest enhancement, you can now set a default template for NPS surveys. When sending an NPS email, the selected template will be automatically used by default.

Use Case: Enhance the efficiency of collecting Net Promoter Score feedback by leveraging pre-configured default template settings in the Get NPS feature.

To View the Enhancement:
  • Navigate to the ‘Reputation’ Module.
  • Select NPS.
  • Click on the (…) icon located on the right.
  • From the drop-down menu, select ‘NPS Default Template Settings.’’
  • A panel will appear on the right.
  • First, select a template.
  • Then, click on the preview icon to view the template.
  • Lastly, click Save.
  • You should receive an success message in the form of an pop-up notification.
  • After the NPS email is sent to request feedback, clients will receive the default-selected template each time you trigger it, as shown in the image above.
