With our latest enhancement, you can now set a default template for NPS surveys. When sending an NPS email, the selected template will be automatically used by default.
Use Case: Enhance the efficiency of collecting Net Promoter Score feedback by leveraging pre-configured default template settings in the Get NPS feature.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the ‘Reputation’ Module.
- Select NPS.
- Click on the (…) icon located on the right.
- From the drop-down menu, select ‘NPS Default Template Settings.’’
- A panel will appear on the right.
- First, select a template.
- Then, click on the preview icon to view the template.
- Lastly, click Save.
- You should receive an success message in the form of an pop-up notification.
- After the NPS email is sent to request feedback, clients will receive the default-selected template each time you trigger it, as shown in the image above.
