With our latest enhancement, you can easily rename any file attached to a deal card within the Pipeline module. The updated file name will automatically get updated across the associated account and contact, ensuring seamless organization and clarity.
Use Case: Ability to rename a file within the deal card will automatically update the file name for both the associated contact and account linked to that deal card.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipeline Module.
- Then, select any deal card.
- Click on the Files tab and select any file.
- Click on the Action button for the selected file.
- From the drop-down menu, select ‘Rename.’
- Once you select ‘Rename’, you will get a pop-up window where you will be able to rename the File name.
- Then, click update.
- The file name will be re-named successfully.

Note: If you change the file name within the deal card, the associated account and contact with the deal card will be updated simultaneously.
