Cross sell prediction modal on Account level

In the Opportunity section, we offer two options: “Auto No Home” and “Home No Auto.” The “Auto No Home” option displays the probability of selling a Home policy, while the “Home No Auto” option shows the probability of selling an Auto policy. As part of our recent enhancement, we have now added the corresponding selling probability percentage field to the Account 360 page for improved visibility and decision-making.

Use Case:

Enable users to quickly assess cross-sell opportunities by displaying the probability of selling complementary policies directly on the Account 360 page.

To View the Enhancement:

• Navigate to the Opportunity section and click on “Auto No Home” to view the probability displayed next to each account
