Create List – Select table column in the list module

Within the Create Lists section, after applying account or contact filters, you were previously limited to column data like Account Name, Email, Phone, and Address. Now, with the new ‘Select Table Columns’ feature, you can sort and view column data more flexibly within the list module.

Use Case: Sort and customize account or contact column data visibility using ‘Select Table Columns’ for flexible list management.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Select any Account or Contact filter.
  • You can also apply additional filters to get the specific data you need.
  • Click Apply button  to view the filtered data.
  • To view account data, you have the option to sort the table columns. Also, you can select or deselect specific columns as needed.
  • Click on ‘Select Table column’ present in the right hand corner.
  • Now sort the table column to view the required account data. You can also select and deselect the required table columns.
  • Relevant data will be displayed based on the columns  you have selected within the table column.
