Contact Email/Phone Validation in Commercial Add Deal

Now, you can set four new fields as mandatory when adding a new deal card in the Add Deal section. The fields include Business Email, Business Phone, Contact Email (Commercial), and Contact Phone(Commercial). This enhancement ensures that essential contact information is consistently captured, improving data accuracy and communication throughout the deal process.

Use Case: Set required fields as mandatory while adding a Commercial Deal Card.

Note: You will be able to set the required fields as mandatory for Commercial Deal Cards Only.

To View the Enhancement:

Set Fields as Mandatory :

  • Navigate to the Settings Module.
  • Now select, Mandatory Fields.
  • In the Add Deal section, you can now set 4 extra fields ( Business Email & Phone Contact Email & Phone) added as mandatory while creating a new deal card.

While adding a Deal Card:

  • The fields marked as mandatory must be filled in while adding a deal card.
