The Won Deal Announcement option is a crucial setting for keeping your team informed about won deals based on subscriptions. When you enable this feature, the entire team is notified when an agent wins a deal.
Use Case: This option improves communications, celebrates successes, and keeps everyone informed about the latest won deals so everyone gets to share in the excitement of another win.
To view the enhancement:
- Login as an Admin.
- Click on the Pipelines Module and then on Pipeline Settings.
- Select “Notification Settings” and then “Won Deal Announcement.”
If you would like to announce every deal success with the team, toggle this feature on to share with them.
Admins can have a daily recap of all the sales-related updates that happened on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Click “Enable” to start receiving updates through email notifications.
- Then, toggle on your preferences to receive email notifications; they might be daily, weekly, or monthly, as per your requirements.
- Set the trigger time at which you want the notifications to be delivered to you or your team.
- Select all to send the email notifications to all the members of your team.
- If you don’t want to send it to everyone but want to send it to a specific member, you can toggle off the “select all” button and send emails individually.
You will then see a pop-up message saying: Success Settings Updated Successfully.
Admins can also subscribe to any agent or multiple agents to get email notifications for Won deal announcements.
- Select Agents to subscribe notifications to any agent or multiple agents.
Note: The deals obtained are based on subscription, which are done at the agency level. Check that your subscription is set up to send notifications.
