The communication tab has been added to Account 360. Here, all the communications performed via email and text message will be visible here.
Note: If the email and phone number are the same for account 360 and contact 360, then the same conversation will be displayed in both places.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to the account 360 section of any account
Click on the communications tab
Click on the email tab where you will find all the email conversations.
Click on 3 dots to reply or forward.
You can also click on send email button to send a new email to the customer.
For email communications
Click on the text tab to view the text conversation.
Click on send text button to send a new message to the customer.
