Description: The pipeline settings section provides a further setting option to close the card when marked done.
Benefit: By automating the process of closing cards. When they are marked done, the process of closing deal cards will be sped up.
Navigation-
- Navigate to the Pipeline module.
- Click on the three dots in the window’s top-right to select pipeline settings.
- Navigate to the Claim pipeline.
- Scroll down to select Close card when claim marked done in AMS360 as enable.
- Click on Save settings.
Note -Once enabled, In AMS 360, when a claim is marked done, the card will be closed in insuredmine.
