Call Forwarding

Say No to Line Busy! With the new Call Forwarding feature Admin/Agents can easily redirect incoming calls to a designated phone number, ensuring that important calls are never missed, even when away from the office.

Use Case: Ideal for insurance agents and agencies, this feature enables professionals to maintain accessibility by forwarding calls to their mobile or another office line, enhancing client communication and service delivery.

Note : if an agent with same number is assigned to call forwarding number all agent will get updated with the same setup. If anyone makes a change, it will be updated for all.

To View the Enhancement:
  • Navigate to the Settings Module.
  • Within Configuration, click on ‘Call Settings.’
  • Now, select the option as  ‘Setup call forwarding number’
  • Select the phone number to which you want the call to be forwarded.
  • Then click ‘Save.’
  • After adding the number and clicking Save, you will get a success pop-up saying: “Updated call Forwarding number successfully.”
