With our latest enhancement, AMS users can now leverage the Bill Method Filter in Workflow Automation to trigger policy-related workflows based on specific billing methods such as ‘Agency Bills’ or ‘Direct Bill’. This update ensures that once the workflows are triggered only for policies that match the selected Bill Method criteria, improving automation precision and efficiency.
Use Case: Use the Bill Method filter to trigger workflow automation only when the selected billing method (Agency Bill, Direct Bill, or All) condition matches.
To View the Enhancement:

- Navigate to the Engagement module.
- Create an Automation to trigger one.

- Click on any automation related to policies we will have implemented. The new filter option Bill method can be used and trigger now.

- Next, click on the Filter option.

- A minimized panel will open displaying all filters.Â
- Click on the Bill Method filter to select Agency Bill, Direct Bill, or All.
- Click save.

- You can view the applied Filter successfully over here and if the condition matched with the Filter the Workflow will trigger as shown in the image above.

- View the sent analytics for the workflow to see detailed information about the automation you triggered.
