Description – Agents can now use the nickname or first name tag in the pipeline automation, campaigns, or templates.
Use Case – Easier to send out bulk personalized emails to customers.
Process:
- Navigate to Pipelines. Choose Automation from the action button.
- Click on Add New Automation Stage for email or text.
- Add the tag Contact Nickname/First Name.
Note:
- The tag will be available for selection in email campaigns, bulk text, pipeline automation, SCD, and templates
- If the tag is not available, the nickname will be retrieved. If the nickname is not available, the first name will be retrieved in place of the tag.
