We’ve implemented a functionality that converts call recordings into text and provides a summary. Once call recordings are saved, our system automatically transcribes the audio and generates a summary based on the conversation content.
Use Case: Automatically transcribe and summarize call recordings, boosting productivity and facilitating informed decision-making with ease.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to call logs.
- From the transcribe tab, select the transcribed audio file.
- You can view the transcribed audio-to-text, including the conversation summary.
Note: Please ensure that call recording should be enabled for agents to perform the aforementioned actions. -:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on “Update Twilio.”
- Enable call recording settings for the specific agent.
- After setting this up you will get a success message saying: Success Call recording settings updated successfully.
