With our latest enhancement, once you add a note from an account or contact while selecting a synced policy, that particular note will be associated with that policy after syncing with Epic. Similarly, if you add a note within a synced policy directly from the policy module, the same will be associated with the policy after syncing with Epic.
Use Case: Improve data clarity by associating notes to selected policies within Epic after Sync.
To View the Enhancement:
1. Notes added to an account with a selected Synced policy:
- Select to add a Note.
- Select a synced Policy.
- Click Save
- Notes with the selected policy will then be added to the Account.
- Based on the sync settings either (Auto/ Manual) Notes will then be synced to Epic.
- Notes added with the selected policy will be associated to that policy after sync with Epic, as shown in the image above.👆
2. Notes Added Directly From the Policy Module:
- Select to add Note.
- Click Save
- Notes Added within Policy Module.
- Based on the sync settings either (Auto/ Manual) Notes will then be synced to Epic.
- Notes added within a policy from the Policy Module of InsuredMine will be associated directly to that policy after sync with Epic, as shown in the image above.👆
