We have enhanced the Reports section by adding a Commission column, which displays the commission associated with each respective policy. To populate this data, a policy must be created in AMS, and the commission should be entered in the Estimated Commission field. This commission data will then sync to the IM Portal, where it becomes visible in the Commission column within the Book of Business report.
Use Case:-
To improve visibility into financial performance, users can now view commission data directly within reports. When a commission is recorded in the source system, it automatically syncs to the reporting platform, allowing users to track and analyze commission details for each policy in one centralized location.
Note: This feature has been implemented for the following agencies: NowCerts, EPIC, Sagitta, and Nexsure.
To View the Enhancement:
Navigate to the Policies section in AMS, create a new policy, and enter the estimated commission in the Estimated Commission field.

- The Estimated Commission is also displayed on the Policy Details page for easy reference.

- The commission data is automatically synced to the Reports section of the IM Portal.
