Within Contact and Account360, we’ve now introduced a Timeline Feature where you can track all the recent activities. The timeline view provides the data for tracking all activities linked to a specific contact or account.
Use Case: Easily track and analyze recent activities for specific contacts or accounts in Timeline View.
To View the Enhancement:
From Account360:
- Navigate to the Accounts module.
- Then,click on any Account to navigate to its Account360 Page.
- Move to the last right corner to find the Timeline tab.
- Click on it to view the data of the activities performed within the specific account.
From Contact360:
- Navigate to the Contacts Module and select any contact.
- Â Then, click on any contact to navigate to its contact360 Page.
- Move to the last right corner to find the Timeline tab.
- Click on it to view the data of the activities performed within the specific contact.
