We’ve now integrated ChatGPT into InsuredMine’s CRM where you will have the option to choose new AI features to enhance your workflow. This means you can use AI for generating NAICS codes, quickly creating content, translating text, and making instant modifications all in just seconds.
Use Case: Now, generate NAICS codes, swiftly create content, translate text, and make instant modifications—all accomplished in mere seconds.
To View the Enhancement:
- Click on the AI icon present in the top right corner.
You will then be redirected to a whole new page where you will find four newly implemented AI features such as NAICS Code Generation, Content Generation, Translation, and Content Modification.
NAICS Code:
- Click on the NAICS Code.
- Fill in the Company name, City, and State, and then click Generate NAICS Code to get the code of a specific company.
Generate Content:
- Next, click on Generate Content to create engaging and diverse content within InsuredMine.
- You can also copy the content if you like and regenerate it if you don’t.
Translate:
- Click on the Translate option to change the text to any other language you want.
- Just add the text and then hit translate.
Modify Content:
- Finally, don’t forget to tap into the “modify content” option to enhance, rephrase, expand, or simply add a touch of friendliness to your text. This feature allows you to refine your content, making it more engaging and better.
