Within the Opportunities module we have now included an additional feature within the select table columns interface, enabling users to view and manage pertinent data regarding Producer Name, Agent Name, and CSR directly from the table interface.
Use Case:Â Able to view and manage data regarding Producer Name, Agent Name, and CSRÂ within the table column.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Opportunities Module.
- Sort the names within the opportunities list by Renewal, X-date, Cross -Sell, and Monoline.
- Click on any name and then select the table column to view data such as Producer Name, Agent Name, and CSR.
- A window will now appear from the right, where we have added Producer Name, Agent Name, and CSR.
- Now, choose to checkmark all three or any three according to your preference.
- Click on Save.
- After Clicking Save, you will be able to view the data for Producer Name, Agent Name and CSR.
