Agent – Cell- phone as Tag

With the latest enhancement, agents can now map their cell phone numbers while creating and editing the user and can use Agent cell phone tags to communicate and automate easier. This update allows agencies to personalize outreach, streamline messaging, and trigger workflows more efficiently.

Use Case:

To View the Enhancement:

1.Navigate to SettingĀ 

2.Configuration

3.Add User or edit userĀ 

Edit User:

Cell Phone as a Tag: Send Email Campaigns

Cell Phone as a Tag: Bulk Text

Cell Phone as a Tag: Single contact Drip

Cell Phone as a Tag: Pipeline Automation

Note : From Overall Portal we can use Agent cell phone tag and agents can now map their cell phone numbers while creating and editing the user from Setting,user management ,profile setting where ever we have a option to add user and edit we have this new cell phone field added to it now.
