The search option has become smarter! Now you can search by name or number in all three sections- Contact, Policy, Account, and Deal Card.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to the Smart search tab on the top left.
Type a name and click on the search icon or press enter.
You will be redirected to a new page where you can perform a more specific search.
- For Contacts, you can search by the First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Notes, Tasks, and Files.
- If you are searching by policy, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Policy Number, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email.
- If you are searching by account, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Account Name, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email.
- If you are searching by deal card, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Deal Title, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Notes, Tasks, and Files.
- And for every search type, be it Contact, Policy, Account, or Deal Card, you can also select the user type: All, Active, Inactive, Prospect, Lead, and Others.
