Previously, there was ambiguity when navigating to another agent’s account and creating a template, as it was unclear where the template originated and how it was shared. Now, the creator’s name will be visibly listed under “created by,” along with the recipients under “shared with,” offering clear insight into the template’s authorship and distribution.
Use Case: Now see who created templates and who they have shared with for better clarity.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Engagement Module.
- Then click on the Templates section.
- Now, the name of the individual who created the template as well as the recipients who it was shared with, will be readily visible under ‘Created By‘ and ‘Shared With‘ respectively. Simply hover over the agent’s name to access this information.
