Add sender email through Settings for use in Engagement

Update – Senders List option has been added to the settings. You may add the sender’s email list for engagement from here.

Use case – Easier and more efficient system to add and validate email addresses for engagement.

Process:

  • Navigate to Settings and choose Senders List

  • Click on Create New Sender in the top-right corner to enter the Name and Email address of the sender.

  • The added email address will be listed as unverified.

  • InsuredMine sends an email to the sender’s email address for real-time verification. Please click on the link to proceed.

  • Once the email is verified, click on the Refresh button next to the email address in InsuredMine.

  • The email address is now verified.

  • You will now find the verified email address added to the engagement campaign.

 

Note:

  • Email verification is a one-time activity for each domain. For all InsuredMine users, once the organization domain is verified, the new email addresses from the same domain will be auto-verified.
  • The added email address will reflect in all modules that allow agents to send emails, such as Email campaigns, Single Contact Drip, Workflow automation, etc.
