Update – The new update enables you to add notes under the policy.
Application – Log updates and details as Notes to the policy
Process:
- Navigate to Policies
- Click on Add Note
- Click Save
Note: The Notes added from there will be synced with AMS for AMS360, HawkSoft, QQ Catalyst, and NowCerts integrated agencies
