With this enhancement, you can assign agents to a deal card directly from the Notes section by simply mentioning them using ‘@’.”
Use Case: Easily assign agents to deal cards by mentioning them in notes, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipeline Module.
- Select, any Deal card.
Now, click to ‘Add Note.’
- Within the Note section, you can mention agent in comments by using ‘@’ followed by the agents name.
- A pop-up will appear asking ‘Do you want to assign mentioned agents in deal card?
- Click Yes, Assign to Card.
- An Agent will then be assigned to the current deal card.
