Now you can create and use email or text templates with single or multiple attachments. These templates can be further used in automated email or text campaigns, workflow, or for any communication through email or text.
This feature will help you to create a more compact campaign. You don’t need to send several communications to provide any policy information.
Note: You can send multiple attachments that are saved as templates and along with those attachments you can also send new attachments too. Each attachment must be within the size limit of 5 MB.

How to create and save templates with attachments?
- Click on send email or send text
- A screen will open in both cases (email/text) where you need to fill in the details of the template- Add Template Title, Subject, choose from pre-saved template. signature, list whom all to send.
- Write the template content.
- Scroll down to add an attachment.
Note: You can either drag and drop the files that you want to attach or can click to add files. In the case of an HTML file, you can upload it by clicking on the upload HTML button.
- Once done click Save.
Once done you will get a notification saying the email/ text template saved successfully.
To change, add or delete the attachments of a particular template, click on the template folder and then click the 3 dots and select edit. You can also move and share the template from the template list.
Whether you are sending emails from Engagement, Pipeline Manager, inside a Deal Card, or any other communication point in the portal, you will be able to access this feature.
- Whatever content the template will have will be reflected in the email body and the attachments will be also reflected below.
- Click to send
For creating a text template with an attachment, the process is just the same as above.
- Once created it will be reflected in the all template section.
- You can edit the attachments in the save text template by clicking on edit in the action section.
- While sending a text message, click on send an email, select the template with attachment, and click Send.
