Once mapped, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be visible on the main account details page in the mobile app.
Use Case: Easily access CSR details directly from your account’s main page on our mobile app for streamlined assistance.
To View the Enhancement:
- Simply navigate to the Account 360 page in the app to view the CSRs assigned to the account. They will now be visible alongside other account details.
Mobile App:
- CSRs are now visible for the account within the mobile app.
