How does add Notes action work inside a deal card?
Inside the deal card, the column on the right shows all of the actionable items. Click on Note at the top of this section.
A Note screen will pop up. Here you can enter any notes you want regarding this deal and save.
The Timeline (middle section) of the deal card screen shows all of the history for this deal. You can click on the Notes tab and see all of the Notes you had written for this deal.
If you click on the All tab, you will see all of the Actions taken, including your Notes.

Tags to hyperlink data in notes
To hyperlink the data, use the symbols and click on the applicable number or name to link them with the required policy number and agent profile.
In the Pipeline Manager module navigate to Quick actions and click on Notes. Type the relevant symbols and select the appropriate data to be entered in notes.
Symbols to add information in notes are listed below:
@ To add Agent Number
# To add Policy Number
* To add Customer Name
% To add Account Name
Note: When an agent name is tagged in a note, that agent receives an email notification about note tag.
