If you are an AMS360 user, and using Benefit Point as well, then you can connect with InsuredMine for enhancing your insurance sales and client engagement.
Data Synchronization between InsuredMine and Benefit Point will have 2-way sync. So, whatever data you upload in Benefit Point will be reflected in InsuredMine and vice-versa.
Note: Data sync from BP to IM will happen only once a day
and from IM to BP will happen in real-time
To sync the newly created account & contact from InsuredMine to Benefit Point:
Navigate to Contact
Click on add new
Fill in all the contact details
Click on save and add new
A new contact will be created along with a new account.
Click on sync button
Select Benefit Point to sync the account.
Click on Next
You will be asked to merge the contact with an existing account or a new account.
Click on add contact to AMS to create a new account to AMS.
To sync the data points you need to manually select and add the data.
Once all the data is filled in, you will get the option to add contact to AMS.
Once done you will get a success popup.
To check the contact that has been synced, log in to Benefit Point. Portal.
Search by the contact name, you will be able to see the contact.
Click on it to have a view of all the data that has been filled in through InsuredMine portal
And if you click on account contact you will be able to see a contact by the same name, as this was the primary contact in InsuredMine.
For secondary contact, you need to navigate to the newly created account and click on add new contact under account 360 of the same and fill in the details, and click on save.
The secondary contact will be created and to sync the contact with Benefit Point, you need to click on the sync button.
Select Benefit Point as AMS to sync the contact.
Fill in the address details
Click on sync contact.
Once done you will get a success notification
In the Benefit Point portal, the secondary contact will be displayed as Contact 01 under Account Contact.

Note: All data sync related to the account, and contact from InsuredMine to BenefitPoint will be done in real-time
But data sync from BenefitPoint to InsuredMine will happen only once a day. which means if you create an account in Benefit Point today that will be added to InsuredMine tomorrow and not immediately.
