Accessibility improvements made to Activity Reports

Update – Added Search, Download, and Save as report features under Activity reports

Use case – Easier to view, download, and share reports for analytics.

Process:

• Navigate to Reports and click on the Activity Reports tab.

• Now choose the agent
• Use the Search bar to search for a contact

• The Download button will send an email to the Login email address.

• Click on the Download button to download the excel report

• Click on Save Report and enter the report name. 

• Click on Save, and the report will be available under the Saved Reports section.
