You can notify your agents via email of all the incoming texts. To check the enhancement:
- Navigate to Pipelines
- Click on the 3 dot icon (action)
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on notification settings
- Slide the grey toggle button to allow the notifications for the incoming text via email.
Enabling this feature, will help your agents to get an email notification on any incoming text.
