Use case: If you are sending an email notification to agents via Single Contact Drip or automation, you can add a deal card tag. The result of this will be: the email sent will include the deal card link for which you have sent the email notification. So, the agent can directly open the deal card via a link that you have shared in the form of a tag.
Now you can send the link of the deal card via email while sending an email or email notification to agents through the Single Contact Drip campaign or through Automation.
While creating single contact drip:
- Navigate to engagements
- Click on single contact drip
- Click to create
- Select the mode of automation- email, email notification.
- Fill in the other details- SCD name, when to send, assignee, sender’s email id, choose template, write subject, etc.
- Select the deal card tag
- Write the mail.
- Click to save
While setting automation through Pipelines:
- Navigate to Pipelines
- Click on the gear icon to choose automation
- Click to add automation
- Select email/notification
- Set the stages
- Fill in the other details- when to send, assignee, sender’s email id, choose template, write subject, etc.
- Click on the drop-down to select the tag
- Select deal card tag
- Write the mail.
