In this article, you will learn:
Whenever an email is sent through automation from a deal card, account 360, or contact 360 and is opened by the recipient, you will receive a tracking update that the recipient has opened the email.
How to view the open tracking in the deal card:
- Navigate to the deal card for which you have set the automation.
- In the tracking details section of the deal card, you will get the update once the email is opened by the recipient.
How to view the open tracking in contacts:
- Navigate to Contacts
- Click on the name to go to Contact 360.
- Go to Events
- Scroll down and click Emails as a filter (this is optional)
- You will see it here:
For account 360 you can navigate to the accounts section. Click on the name and scroll down to view the contact 360. Select events to send an email. You can find the tracking details here too.
