With our latest enhancement, AMS users can now filter contacts or accounts by Bill Method in their policies. This feature allows you to distinguish between Agency Bill and Direct Bill, enabling more precise segmentation and better policy management. Once the filtered results are displayed, you can save them as a list for future operations, ensuring quick access and improved efficiency.
Note: This Filter is exclusively for AMS users.
Use Case: The new Bill Method filter allows agency staff to quickly distinguish accounts and contacts based on Agency Bill and Direct Bill related policies.
To View the Enhancement:

- Navigate to the Engagement module > Lists > Create List.
- From the available filters, select the ‘Bill Method’ filter.
- Then, select either Agency Bill or Direct Bill or both.
- Click Apply.

- Once you hit Apply, only accounts or contacts having policies associated with Agency Bill or Direct Bill will be displayed.
- Next, you can save the filtered accounts or contacts as a list for future actions.
