Account Sync Changes – (AMS360 Users)

Feature release Date: 1st Feb 2025​

To prevent duplicates in InsuredMine, if you now try syncing an different account with the same name or contact, the system will check for existing data. If a match is found, a popup will display the names in use. Choosing “Sync with AMS” will merge the selected contact and account with the existing one, creating a new account and archiving the old one while merging related activities into the master account.

Use Case: Prevent duplicates by merging newly added contact or accounts with the older one 

To View the Enhancement:
  • Click on the ‘Sync’ option for the newly added contact.
  •  A Panel will appear to allow syncing with your AMS.
  • InsuredMine will search for duplicate data, if any, such as names or contacts and showcase them.
  • If you select any particular contact and chose to Sync with AMS.
  • The contact will be then synced to AMS successfully.
  • The selected contact will then be merged with the existing account, creating a new account and archiving the older one. Additionally, all related activities from the old account will be consolidated into the master account.”
