Now admins will be able to manage the visibility of the Insured App’s chat feature by restricting its access.
Use Case: Enabling admins to control visibility access of the chat function for tailored communication.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Settings module.
- In the Configurations section, click on Restrictions.
- If you toggle the action button to ‘On,’Â for ( Insured App Restrict Access for clients) the chat option will be disabled.
- If you toggle the action button to ‘Off,’Â for ( Insured App Restrict Access for clients) the chat option will be enabled.
