With our latest enhancement, you will be able to track call activity directly in the Deal Activities Effort section. This addition provides a visual representation of all call-related interactions for a pipeline, enabling better insights into client engagement and team efforts.
Use Case: Simplifies your call tracking by consolidating all call-related interactions into a single visual overview.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipeline’s Module.
- Next, click on the three dots present in the top right corner.
- From the Drop-down, select ‘Deal-Charts.’
- In the Deal Charts, select ‘Deal Activities Effort.’
- Click on the newly added ‘Calls’ tab to view the graph of overall call activity on a deal card.
- Click on the ‘Calls’ bar to see a summary of all call activity.
