Calls made from the deal card are now displayed within the Call History, offering a comprehensive details view of outgoing calls being made. This enhancement allows you to easily filter call activity that are directly that made from the pipeline card
Use Case: Track all deal card related calls in one place for improved visibility and efficient follow-ups.
To View the Enhancement:
- Click to make a call from the ‘Deal Card.’
- Ongoing – Call will be in Progress.
- After a call is disconnected, you can view the deal card associated with the call under the Pipeline Card.
